    Initial Consultation:  Free phone consultation is available to
    explore the compatibility between your needs and Dr. Kearns'
    services. If you decide to pursue treatment, an evaluation
    appointment would be made.

    Payment Options:  Medicare, Blue Shield, or self pay (cash,
    check, credit card). For many insurance providers, I can submit
    claims as a non-network provider.
